The client wanted a real-time fitness tracking application that could automatically detect and count exercises, track heart rate, calories burned, and steps, and generate detailed progress reports. The goal was to build an AI-powered workout assistant that helps users stay accountable, monitor performance, and improve their fitness journey without needing manual input.

Our Contribution

🎯 Developed an AI-based real-time exercise recognition system for accurate tracking. 🎯 Implemented detection for lunges, planks, side planks, burpees, glute bridges, stand and sit, pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. 🎯 Designed an automated rep counter to track movements with high precision. 🎯 Integrated heart rate monitoring and calories burned estimation to enhance performance tracking.
